UK Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options for UK customers:
- Standard Delivery: £3.95 (3-5 working days)
- Express Delivery: £5.95 (1-2 working days)
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £40
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. We don’t process orders on weekends or bank holidays.
International Delivery
We deliver to most European countries and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
- UK Standard: 3-5 working days
- UK Express: 1-2 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- Rest of World: 10-20 working days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.
Delivery Issues
If you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Check with your neighbors and local delivery office first if a package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived.
Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
Signature Required
Some deliveries may require a signature. If you’re not available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Christmas Delivery
During the Christmas period, we recommend ordering early. Specific Christmas delivery deadlines are announced on our website each year.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in separate packages. You’ll only pay one delivery fee.
